Service Description:

Clinics will include: vital sign checks, Blood pressure checks, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation, body weight, temperature, blood glucose level, answer questions or concerns about health and wellness and working with other community members * Discussion may include information regarding the above * Discuss suggestions to stay healthy: quit smoking, eat healthy food & healthy portions, increase daily water intake, daily exercise & avoid poor lifestyle, regular doctor visits, follow medication guidelines
