- 24 hours of care services and monitoring of residents' well-being
- pharmacy services
- medication management and administration
- intercom and emergency call response system in each room and bathroom
- medical specified diets as prescribed by a physician
- complimentary tray services during documented illness or during a facility outbreak
- assistance provided with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care)
- weekly housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathroom, floors, changing the bed linen and personal laundry
- spiritual care provided by a weekly mass, the weekly recital of the rosary or by a monthly service in the Chapel and/or a private visit in the client's room for communion or pastoral care
