Service Description:

Personal Caregivers and Personal Support Workers work closely with clients to ensure that they can live independently and comfortably
Services include:
- Dementia and Alzheimer's companionship care
- Personal health care services (PSW)
- Homemaker companionship care
- Hospital discharge program (after surgery care)
- Senior home safety specialists (assessments for ageing safely at home)
- Veteran approved (direct billing for Veterans Affairs Canadian Armed Forces)
- Awake overnight care
- 24-hour services
- End-of-life care (palliative care)
