Service Description:
|
Helps pregnant people during pregnancy, labour, and birth with continued visiting up to six weeks after the birth. Primary midwives are assigned to one patient at a time.
- Low intervention care with appropriate use of technology where clinically indicated
- The Collective is a teaching practice, which means that student midwives may be involved in birth care * Depending on their level of expertise, they may be observing prenatal visits, labours, births, and the postpartum or be taking on the responsibilities of a primary midwife if they are in their final year
