Service Description: Food Bank * clients select their own food * Eligible households can receive approximately 3 days’ worth of food, once per month

Member agency of the Ottawa Food Bank * serves individuals, families and households within the designated catchment area, which includes Orleans East, Cumberland, Sarsfield, Vars, Navan and Carlsbad Spring communities

Access by appointment only * To make an appointment, call 613-830-5152 and provide name and phone number * food bank will follow up to confirm appointment date and time * due to demand and high call volumes, it may take up to 15 business days to return the call * First visit to the food bank may take a little longer

Intake workers may suggest referrals to community partners, based on client’s needs

Eligibility / Target Population: For first visit, identification required for each household member * Each adult over 18 years of age must also provide a proof of address dated within the last two months
