Service Description:

Provides English-language educational programs and services to students who are in Education, Community and Partnership programs, through funding provided by the Ministry of Education through the Grants for Student Needs, in partnership with the Ministry of Community, Children and Social Services, and the Ministry of Health * The Ottawa Catholic School Board is the lead board in the coordination and administration * The focus of the ECP programs is to provide education for students whose circumstances or needs are such that they are unable to attend their community school * students are given the opportunity to do an academic placement, within a clinical setting

Each of the sites partner with an agency referred to as their treatment partner * this partnership allows the student to continue with an educational experience while they receive the treatment deemed necessary * The agencies are:

Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario
Crossroads Children's Centre
Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre
Roberts/Smart Centre
Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre
Youth Now Intervention Services
Youville Centre

Coordinated referral program, students are referred by their regular schools
