Service Description: High school credits are obtained in life skills, academic classes and cooperative education. Students can obtain work experience while obtaining high school credits. Academic classes are taken on an independent study basis. Students have the opportunity to take compulsory courses and can complete all credits required for their Ontario Secondary School Diploma

This is the only site that has an under-16 program which allows students to complete some of the course requirements for their grade 9 year



Application: If you are registered in an OCDSB secondary school you should apply through your school
Eligibility / Target Population: Students who reside within the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board's jurisdiction, having difficulties with the regular curriculum and require an educational experience outside of regular high school.

Students 16 years and over may attend if:
* they are now in school but are not benefiting from their programs
* they have dropped out of school and wish to return
* they left school to work and wish to return to complete diploma requirements
* they desire on-the-job experience to obtain future full-time employment or start an apprenticeship
* they want a friendly and personalized approach to learning
