Follows the Headstart program for pre-school children guidelines * foster creativity, curiosity, independence, interaction, communication and respect for others * inclusive center, respecting diversity, supporting the whole family to reach their full potential * family and individual counseling * First Words program * workshops on parenting
Services:
- early identification for children with developmental needs
- visits and assessments by the Speech and Language Pathologist
- child-oriented playroom with developmental age-appropriate toys and activities
- outdoor climber and spacious play area
- nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack with culturally diverse menus
- adventurous field trips across the city

Set fees * Each licensed Headstart program has full or partial subsidies for families who qualify. Parents may apply for a subsidy through the City of Ottawa Childcare Registry and Waitlist * For help applying for a subsidy call the program
