Community-based private practice offering services in:
Audiology: hearing assessments * assessment of auditory processing disorders (APD) * tinnitus * hyperacusis * hearing aids * assistive listening devices
Physiotherapy: Standardized evaluations and assessments * functional interventions * mainly for clients with neurological conditions

Set fees * services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP); however, patients with extended (supplemental) health care plans may have partial or full coverage * fee information available on the website

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
School-age children with learning difficulties (listening, reading and writing, math, anxiety, motor function, sensory, oculomotor, games, sports and leisure) * adults with neurological conditions such as a cerebrovascular accident (CVA), multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinsons, Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), spinal cord injury, etc.
Audiology services: 18 months and older
Assessment of APD: 7 yrs and older
