Integrated community health and social services, provides primary care with emphasis on health promotion and assistance to clients in maintaining maximum health status
Walk-in medical services * family medical care * chiropody * home visits * community outreach * group sessions for information and advice on a wide variety of health issues and concerns such as arthritis, menopause, nutrition, healthy weight, diabetes and quitting smoking
