Supportive housing * provides a continuum of housing across five locations * housing is designed to allow individuals the flexibility to move from one level of support to another depending on individual needs * safe, clean and supportive environment
Hope Living Residence: 145 Castlefrank Rd, Kanata
34 rental units for adults living with mental illness and/ or concurrent disorder * 66 Residential Services beds for adults 55 years and older who need support in their housing * Staff is available 24/7 to support residents based on their individual needs with the emphasis being recovery and promotion of independence * Healthcare provided on site
St. Andrew Residence: 208 St. Andrew St
32 single and 3 shared apartments for individuals living with mental illness and/or concurrent disorder * Provides a supported environment focused towards independent living and the building of community within * Staffed 24/7
The Oaks: 1053 and 1057 Merivale Rd
55 bed program * 30 beds are for the Managed Alcohol Program * 15 beds are for Aging at Home program. * 10 beds are through a partnership with the Canadian Mental Health program * Residents are living with mental health, addiction, or age related illnesses * Staffed 24/7 * Healthcare provided on site

Rents are geared to recipients of Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program * Residential Services Program: contribution determined by the City of Ottawa

Single individuals 18 years and older who are homeless or at risk of homelessness * catering primarily to individuals with a mental illness or concurrent disorder * also provides housing for individuals 55 years and older with frailties due to aging
