Service Description: Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support,  Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing * This service sees clients in their homes, at the office, in the community or virtually

Resource Centers provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated

Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics



Fees: Costs vary for mental health awareness workshops * charges may apply for some activities * Case management services are free
Application: Referrals to Intensive Case Management Services and Resource Centers can be made by telephone or website by self, family, hospital staff, physician, psychiatrist, mental health, and other social service agency * Call to be directed to the appropriate administrative office * Walk-ins welcome
