Service Description: Provides: comprehensive assessments for persons over the age of 65 years of age experiencing mental health problems * follow up visits provided as required * education / training for professionals / families on geriatric psychiatry topics


Fees: None with valid OHIP card
Application: Family physician referral needed * in the absence of a family physician, contact directly
Eligibility / Target Population: Seniors 65 years of age or older experiencing behaviour / personality changes, manic or depressed moods, psychosis, anxiety, memory loss and medication review
Languages: English ; French (upon request)
