Service Description:

Pre and Postnatal Support Program for prenatal and postnatal families up to 12 months of age
The group currently meets in person for opportunities to connect with other expectant and new parents while providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment to gather more information and resources from professionals
Pre and Postnatal topics include:
- Pregnancy and postpartum experiences
- Healthy attachment and child development
- Exercise, sleep and nutrition
- Prenatal and postnatal health and well-being and much more
This group also facilitates annual infant programs, such as: "The very important baby" event, "baby Connections" and more

Meets in person each month for Saturday Lunch & Learns featuring a different theme, guest speaker and free healthy lunch
In Person or virtual one on one support appointments are available upon request |
