Pre and Postnatal Support Program for prenatal and postnatal families up to 12 months of age * The group currently meets both virtually and in person for an opportunity to connect with other expectant and new parents * a welcoming, safe and supportive environment to gather more information and resources
Pre and Postnatal topics include:
- Early Pregnancy Symptoms
- Exercise and Nutrition
- Pre and Postnatal Health and Well-Being
- Pregnancy Weeks to Months – What to Expect?
- Postpartum Experience, and more
