Service Description:
|
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults, adults with disabilities, frail elderly, or adults living with cognitive impairments, in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- supervised meals
- personal care
- counseling
- social, physical, intellectual and recreational programs
- minor health care
- supervision of medication
- outings
- transportation (optional)
Services for an additional fee:
