Primary health care, mental health care and community capacity building health promotion for the community * Aims to improve health among its members and favours autonomy and responsibility of individuals
Community Health Program- Improve health among members in the community
Mental health Program- Support services, evaluation, orientation, and individual, family
- group therapy for people suffering from all kinds of problems
- help in difficult times and with family problems
Physical Health Program - Team composed of Doctor, Nurse Practitioners, Dietician, and Registered Nurses Consultation with medical, nursing and nutritional staff
- low back pain project
- complete medical examinations with follow-up appointments
- doctor's evaluation, electrocardiograms, expert laboratory services
- annual exams for babies, children and adults
- evaluation of eating and lifestyle habits
- screening, hospital visits, possible home visits
- Diabetes Education Program

- cardiac rehabilitation program
