Our program and workshops are open to anyone who has identified employment barriers, such as:
- Physical disability or injury (arthritis, back injury, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, etc. mild to significant mobility impairment)
- Vision or hearing impairment/loss
- Learning disability
- Illness (Crohn's disease, lung or heart disease, etc.)
- Mental Illness

Our referral process:
- Agencies and Organizations can call and make a direct referral
- Participants can call or drop in
- Complete a brief intake to determine what employment services he/she is seeking, either attending our weekly workshops or one-on-one employment supports
- Screen for eligibility
