Service Description: Focuses on prevention, early identification and intervention strategies to promote speech and language development in children up to their eligibility for senior kindergarten. * Cultural interpretation and transportation assistance available upon request * A group of local agencies that work together to ensure that all preschool children in Ottawa are given the chance of reaching their full communication potential

Screening tool: provides an electronic screening tool, the "Communication Checkup", to help parents, caregivers, or professionals in Ottawa check a child for signs of speech or language delays, fine or gross motor delays, and red flags
