A lifestyle approach to help you reach and maintain a healthy weight. The program is offered in a group setting to enable you to share experiences and offer each other support. Sessions are co-facilitated by our registered dietitian and a certified fitness trainer. |
| Smoking Cessation Program |
Provides strategies to help you to quit smoking and follow-up counseling once you leave the clinic to help stay smoke-free. |
| Medical Review with Clinical Pharmacist |
One-on-one consultation with a pharmacist to review your medications, answer questions and maintain a list of your current medications. |

Assessment by our chiropodist to help you achieve optimal foot health. |
