| From Soup to Tomatoes |
Exercise program provided by the Ontario TeleMedicine Network. Geared towards adults and seniors, a kinesiologist and registered dietician lead exercise classes via video conference. Requires registration at the Community Health Centre to assess fitness readiness. |

Social services provided to those who need help with a personal crisis, food security, referrals, and community resources.
