| Walk-in |
Provides a full range of health services to clients of SWCHC, residents of the service area, and people who do not have an Ontario health card or permanent address. Nurse Practitioners provide assessment, treatment and referral if required. Open Mondays and Fridays, 10am-4pm, Tuesday and Wednesdays, 10:30am-7pm, Thursdays 1pm-7:30pm (from September to June) or 10am-7:30pm (July and August). |
