Early Onset Assessment
Evaluates the individual from the perspective of cognitive status and may include various aspects such as functional, behavioural, neurological, neuropsychiatric, and psychiatric assessment, such evaluations may come from the perspective of more than one medical specialist (e.g. neurologist, psychogeriatrician) and more than one non-physician health professional (e.g. nurse, occupational therapist).
