Experiences caring for our parents that made us realize the need for non-medical care and services to help seniors live independently at home. When our children were toddlers, we relied upon our parents to assist us with child care, knowing that we could trust them with whatever unexpected situation would arise. It was those experiences that made us realize that younger seniors could fulfill a growing need to help and assist older seniors and families.
Seniors on Site is a non-medical home care agency providing assistance to seniors whether it be in their own home, retirement residence, or long-term care facility.

HIRING INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
We are currently looking to recruit mature-aged caregivers residing in the East End of Ottawa.
Must be able to provide all of the following services:
- To run errands with your own vehicle
- Meal preparation or cooking; laundry; ironing; changing bed linens; sorting /organizing closets, drawers, paperwork & other items; computer/phone help; grocery pick-up & drop-off; storing away groceries; taking out trash bins
- Any other assistance needed around the home
- Please note that we are only able to offer part-time hours. As client base grows, work hours increase accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver for seniors
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is a must
- Available during weekdays (mornings & afternoons)
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and excellent attention to detail
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
- Covid Vaccine is an asset
Salary: $22 / hour
Terms of Employment: Casual
