Caregiver Café is a monthly evening gathering for caregivers, held on the second Tue of each month at locations throughout our community. The next session takes place on March 10th, from 7pm-8:30pm at Manotick Place Retirement Community. This is a relaxed, supportive space to take a break, connect with others who understand caregiving, and share experiences, resources, and ideas—at your own pace. Some people come to talk, others prefer to listen, and both are always welcome.
