Service Description:

Provides support to stroke survivors and caregivers * connection with peers, exchange of information and resources, learning new skills, exploring the personal impact of stroke and building supportive relationships * open to stroke survivors, family members, caregivers, health care providers, volunteers and friends
Monthly meetings on the last Tuesday of the month 1pm - 2:30 pm
