Customized cognitive stimulation and lifestyle enrichment program for individuals with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or some type of early to mid-stage dementia * proactive program designed to stimulate and engage individuals to assist with maintaining a broad range of abilities thereby promoting independence and quality of life * family consultations on all aspects of cognitive change and care * interactive, community-based senior's program * all client intakes and case management is overseen by a Registered Health professional experienced in dementia and senior care

All potential clients will be interviewed/assessed by a Registered Health Professional experienced in dementia and care of the elderly prior to the development of a customized Cognitive Stimulation program
