Hours: There are no office hours * virtual meetings every 2 weeks on Wed 7pm-9pm
Service Description: Volunteer-run OCD peer to peer support group for individuals with OCD or related spectrum disorders

The focus of the meetings is CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) and ERP (exposure and response prevention) with general discussion of symptoms, treatment and coping strategies * virtual meeting every second Wed from 7pm-9pm * in person meetings, held second Wed from 7pm-9pm at McNabb Community  Centre, 180 Percy St, temporarily on hold

Note: A book referenced regularly at meetings for CBT/ERP is Freedom From Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder by Jonathan Grayson, Ph.D * It will help to be familiar with the concepts in Part 2 of this book
