Service Description:

Helps the Ottawa area community welcome and include people with intellectual disabilities, autistic persons, and individuals with a dual diagnosis to live, work, and play as valued citizens
Offers two programs: community support and employment support, primarily for adults, with some special projects for youth

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
People 18 years and older who meet the criteria of intellectual disability as defined by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and who have been referred through the DSOER (Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Region) process.
