Organization that recognizes birth as a normal and natural event, in a person’s life * goal is to present options to expectant people and their partners to help them feel empowered to make choices that lead to a positive childbirth experience
Prenatal classes:
- Labour and Delivery Prenatal Education
- Bringing Baby Home class
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Infant Massage
- Prenatal classes for families expecting multiples (twins, triplets or more)
- Comfort Measures for Birth class
- Expectant Grandparent class
- Sleep class for infants and toddlers
- Infant massage
- Baby At The Table (Starting Solids)
Classes are offered both in person and online through Zoom
