Service Description:

Support and rehabilitation to patients and their families during treatments and follow-up. The team includes: social workers, dietitians, physiotherapists, speech and language pathologists, psychologists and psychiatrists

Education sessions: Nutrition during Cancer Treatments * Breathe * Lymphedema Education Class
