Service Description: Drop-in space, with supportive staff available * All programs are free

Serves families living in the Pinecrest Terrace Ottawa Community Housing neighborhood and anyone in need of food bank services within the wider food bank catchment area

Food Bank: operates by appointment Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays * Hours of operation may vary based on staff availability * Call for information more information or visit the Ottawa Food Bank website and click on the “find food” link to find out which food bank you should access

Offers social, educational and recreational programs (for OCH tenants living in the Pinecrest Terrace neighborhood) * The Community House offers after-school and summer programs for kids (6-12) who live in the Pinecrest Terrace Community * a  variety of social and recreational activities for children, special events, and family activities * Brown Bag Lunch program once a week throughout the school year

Opportunities for Pinecrest Terrace community members to come together to get to know their neighbours, learn skills, and gain a sense of belonging and wellbeing

Wrap-around support: referrals and information to the community about the beneficial services and resources available to them * helps families sign up for Toy Mountain, Caring and Sharing (back to school and Christmas exchange programs) and many other programs across the City
