Service Description: Settlement service for Francophone immigrants and newcomers to Ottawa * Workers help the new arrivals and Francophone immigrants with the initial stages of settlement

Settlement Program/Welcoming Communities Program: needs assessments, orientation programs, language and skills training, and programs to welcome newcomers to the community

Employment preparation service: explains to clients Canadian workplace realities * makes available all the means to help in the job preparation and active job search as well as  receiving professional and academic equivalences

Eligibility / Target Population: Francophone newcomers, immigrants, refugees * Job seekers from the previous categories as well as: Asylum seekers, Working Holiday Visa holders (WHV), and Canadian citizens.
