Integrated social services for community within Ward 13
Poverty Reduction- Food Bank: By appointment only * available once a month * for residents of Rideau-Rockliffe (postal codes K1K, K1M and some K1G) only * Call 613-745-0073 ext 206/207 to book an appointment * Identification for each member of the household and a recent proof of address required
- Baby Cupboard: No appointment necessary * Available once a month * for families with children ages 0 to 2 years old * items distributed: diapers, wipes, formula, cereal, etc * Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (closed 12noon-1pm) * proof of address and photo ID of children required
