Service Description:

Trained and experienced counsellors provide a full range of counselling and support services for children, adolescents, and adults * Offers individual, couple/relationship, family, and group counselling using a holistic, client-centered approach, with special sensitivity to cultural and diversity issues
Counselling services are offered for a variety of issues, including but not limited to: anxiety * depression * self-esteem * relationship issues * chronic pain * domestic violence and abuse * disordered eating * isolation / interpersonal difficulties * lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning (LGBTTIQQ) issues * loss / grief / bereavement * parenting * prenatal and post-partum issues * separation and divorce * sexual assault * trauma and post-traumatic stress
