Service Description:

Program designed for people with Parkinson's
- hour long classes
- classes begin with seated exercises and progresses to both standing supported and free-standing travelling movements
- adapted to suit each individual's abilities
- exercises are designed to further develop your artistry and overall mobility including walking, co-ordination, posture and balance
- care partners are welcome to participate
Classes are held at The School of Dance,200 Crichton St, Ottawa, ON and MacKay United Church, Memorial Hall (accessible space), 39 Dufferin Rd, Ottawa
