Service Description:

Intensive mental health case management services for youth & adults * limited permanent affordable housing options- Mental health family focus case management program offers mental health supports based on the strengths based model, with the individual as primary client * services are extended to encompass the nuclear family where appropriate and approved by the primary client
- AMANI (Mental Health and Substance-Use Health Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth): culturally adaptive Mental Health and Substance Use Health support to Black youth (12-29yrs)

Community referrals from mental health professionals, doctors, social workers, self or family for mental health case management * individuals should apply through the Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) Central Intake portal housed at the Canadian Mental Health Association - Ottawa Branch at 613-737-7791
Psychiatric Assessment clinic referrals must come through a recognized partner agency such as a Community Health Centre, Mental Health Community Support Services or Ottawa Youth Justice Service Network partner agency
