Service Description:

Educational course for family, caregivers and friends of individuals living with mental illness * provides critical information and coping strategies, using presentations, discussions and exercises* class limited to 25 * 10 sessions of 2.5 hours, generally one evening a week * taught by trained family members of individuals living with mental illness
