Service Description: Educational course for family, caregivers and friends of individuals living with mental illness * provides critical information and coping strategies, using presentations, discussions and exercises* class limited to 25 * 10 sessions of 2.5 hours, generally one evening a week * taught by trained family members of individuals living with mental illness

Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 18 years and older * designed for loved ones of individuals living with a mental illness * the course is not appropriate for individuals living with a mental illness themselves
