Service Description:

Provide counselling to address specific assessed needs of young person to support their rehabilitation and reintegration and to provide support to the home where intensive services is required
Services include: individual counselling and treatment * family counselling and treatment * extrajudicial sanctions * Court Mental Health * extrajudicial measures * intersections * therapeutic services for youth on probation * pre court support

Application:

Referral for pre court can be self or any other referral and others are specific by the probation officer, as case manager, or through other YJSD funded service providers as negotiated by the regional office
|

Young persons age 12-17 involved in the justice system
|
