Service Description:	Adult day program social, physical and mental stimulation supportive environment respite for caregivers hot lunches and snack chair exercises sing-alongs crafts games current events special events mental aerobics health education Limited in-person programming available on Mondays and Tuesdays * call to join the waitlist
Fees:	$20 per day
Application:	All referrals must be made through Ontario Health atHome (310-2222) * call for more information or assistance for a referral
Eligibility / Target Population:	Persons of 60 years and older, with special needs who would enjoy participating in community and social activities
