- Luncheon Club Program: Supported group for people who are socially isolated and/or physically frail

Dementia Adult Day Program: Supports those living with dementia and other related cognitive issues

Friendly Visiting by volunteers by phone, email or in-person
- Telephone reassurance calls by volunteers

Service Arrangements and Coordination: help to find in-home services paid for by the client to help them remain living at home safely

Transportation to medical appointments and adult day programs by volunteers and staff

Seniors Active Living Centre: variety of courses, clubs, lectures, lunches for active and engaged older adults

Caregiver support group: peer support with a volunteer

Foot Care services by a nurse
