Service Description:
|
Non-profit, six bed residential hospice providing end-of-life care for terminally ill people and their families in the communities of Renfrew County and surrounding areas- respite services for caregiver relief and short stay care for pain and symptom management
- support including bereavement services to family and friends
- the facility is staffed 24/7 with registered nursing staff, support workers and volunteers
- all programs and services provided at no cost

Renfrew County End-of-life Network meetings and offer training and education to health professionals, community partners and the general public on palliative care as the hub of excellence in Renfrew County |
