Healthy Babies Healthy Children: supports for pregnant women and families with young children * home visits by nurses and other home visitors help expectant and new parents with having a healthy pregnancy and birth, breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, and being a parent
Maternal Child Health: supports for pregnant women and families with infants * counselling to discuss breastfeeding, nutrition, safety, child development, and parenting
Mental Health Counselling: one-on-one, couple, and family counselling * mental health screening and assessments * short-term and long-term counselling * confidential
Traditional Healing: healing methods to restore balance and connectedness * holistic approach to individual, family, and community health * one-on-one sessions, ceremonies, and knowledge sharing
