ONF releases Standards for Post-Concussion Care
The Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation (ONF) is extremely pleased to announce the release of the Standards for Post-Concussion Care: from diagnosis to the interdisciplinary concussion clinic.
The ONF Standards for Post-Concussion Care focus on guiding delivery of the right care, provided at the right time by the right provider anywhere in Ontario and support improved post-concussion care across the province. The Standards provide evidence-based direction for healthcare providers and planners, and empower patients to better manage their care. The core elements of the standards are the interdisciplinary model and the pathway of care.
