Health Toolkit to Support Refugees Now Available
As part of our work on the Refugee 613 Health Task Force, Somerset West Community Health Centre (CHC) has developed a toolkit to give sponsors and local healthcare providers the essential information they need to support refugees. It serves as a guide to help connect refugees to appropriate and timely health services and information.
