Carefor Christmas Market
November 10, 2015-Carefor Health & Community Services, Carefor Mackay Centre, Pembroke, Ontario – Shoppers that enjoy shopping locally to support their neighbours won’t be disappointed. Carefor Christmas Craft Fair and the Pembroke Farmers’ Christmas Market have partnered up to bring you the Biggest Christmas Market in the Valley with over 40 vendors on Friday November 20 noon until 6pm and Saturday November 21 9am-4pm at the Carefor Mackay Centre (formerly Marguerite Centre) 700 Mackay St, Pembroke.
Carefor Health & Community Services has been bringing you it’s Annual Christmas Craft Fair for over 10 years. New this year there will be the addition of the “Christmas Café” which features homemade specialties from Two Girls and a Stove like their delectable Crème Pies, Frozen Lasagna perfect for Boxing Day, take home comfort food like their Perogies and have a break from shopping and have lunch with our Valley favourites Homemade Westerns and “Sheppard’s Pie Soup”. Make sure you get out and visit with Santa Claus. Boys and Girls Club of Pembroke will be providing their annual gift wrapping service and an activity area for kids to get away and allow you to focus on shopping. This show with an assortment of unique local arts and crafts, in home and catalogue sales, and gift cards will help you find that special present and complete your last items on your gift shopping list. All proceeds raised go towards Carefor’s programs and services.
The Pembroke Farmers’ Christmas Market has been the place to buy farm fresh Christmas specialties for 13 years. A trusted source of local Baked Goods, Fresh Produce, Crafts, Preserves, Jams, Jellies and Pickles. A fresh shopping experience for your Christmas table or tree which supports our local farmers.
