Are you caring for an older Adult? Ottawa Public Health has a NEW resource to help!
The Ottawa Public Health Caregiver Guide is the newest place to learn concrete information and tips on caring for a loved one as well as information about taking care of you, the caregiver.
Available in English and French, this free guide contains videos and many links to municipal, provincial and federal resources. Throughout the guide, caregivers are invited to contact a Public Health Nurse by phone or email if they have further questions or require additional support.
