Black & White Gala in High Gear for 2013

PEMBROKE - Preparations for the eighth annual Black & White Gala are well underway. On Saturday, October 19, please join the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation at the stately Normandy Officers’ Mess at Garrison Petawawa with its dramatic view of the Ottawa River for a four-course gourmet dinner, live music, and camaraderie.

“It is an exciting year for us,” shared Marnie Stunt, Chair of the Gala Committee. “To date, the Black & White Gala has raised more than $630,000 for our Hospital. Many new ideas have been brought to the planning table this year, and with those we are transforming some of the details to make the event even more spectacular. We are adding a live band, new decorating themes, and of course, Ullrich’s unmatchable culinary creations. Guests will find many delightful surprises this year.”

The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation supports programs and services integral to the advancement of health care for the citizens of Renfrew County. In the past, the Gala has supported campaigns such as MRI, Dialysis, Maternal/Childcare and the Building fund. Improvements to our hospital help expand the services available, bringing them closer to home.

Be sure to purchase your tickets early, so you are not disappointed. For our eighth anniversary, we encourage everyone – businesses and individuals – to join together in celebration of philanthropy and our commitment to exceptional healthcare in our region.
