Monthly Giving Club Launched at the Pembroke Regional Hospital
PEMBROKE - On June 6, the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation launched a new program, the Healthcare Together Monthly Giving Club.
As government funding priorities change, the need for community support to advance local health care increases. Monthly Giving is one way to help advance health care options close to home.
“We are passionate about our communities, and charitable giving is important for each of us,” shared Brendan Mark, PRHF Board Member and MGC co-founder. “We wanted to create this program to make giving options as easy as possible. Our hospital is vital to this region and that is something we can all support and take pride in.”
The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation’s MGC Club is designed to support regional health care. “This program is incredibly flexible,” continued Mr. Mark. “From the amount of the contribution, to the continuance of the gift over time, we are here to make it easy and convenient for our donors.”
“In addition to making charitable contributions easier, our donors also get the satisfaction of knowing that they are making a commitment to improving Comprehensive Health Care … Closer to Home,” said Frances Lemke, PRHF Board Member and MGC co-founder. “Our hospital Foundation supports regional healthcare advancing services for our friends, family, and neighbours across Renfrew County.”
For as little as $10 per month, the MGC is a great way to spread your charitable donations throughout the year. Each month, the pre-approved transaction comes directly out of an account or a credit card. At the end of the year, donors will receive one tax deductible receipt for their contributions. All donations will help to advance our hospital by funding programs, equipment, and capital projects.
