Nurses - Champlain

In Ontario, there are two categories of nurses: registered nurses (RNs) and registered practical nurses (RPNs). Nurse practitioners (NP) are registered nurses with additional education which enables them to provide primary and acute health care. Nurses, a regulated profession under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), have many different roles and work in many settings.

Agencies that provide visiting nurses in the home and community are listed under In-Home Nursing.
