With your experience in workflows, content management, metadata and eye for analyzing; you will be the key link with communications and other teams ensuring business requirements are being met. Position Summary
Reporting to the Leader of Information Management, you will be responsible to define current and future operational scenarios including processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions which leverage Oracle WebCenter functionality. You will also provide recommendations for the architecture, enhancement, support and implementation of Oracle WebCenter solutions; which will be instrumental in the success of this capability. Your expertise will impact documents, records, archives, web content, metadata and standards management business processes throughout the Royal College as we continue to grow and change into 2018.

Key Elements for Success:

  • Educated with a university or college degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent.
  • Involvement in content, document or records management for a minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years of hands-on functional analysis
  • 2 years’ experience with configuring and supporting EDRMS and/or ECM systems, preferably using Oracle WebCenter Content.
  • Understanding of WebCenter configuration and maintenance including managing and updating metadata models and developing workflows to support business processes.
  • Ability to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Facilitation of group discussions, workshops and training delivery with internal teams and external partners.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving talents.

Bonus Points
  • Oracle Certified Specialist
  • Familiarity tuning search engines, such as Endeca
  • Experience with Oracle WebCenter Sites and Portal
